Refund and Returns Policy

At Jivak Ayur Pharma, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering genuine Ayurvedic products. All our items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. As our products fall under health and personal care, we follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.


🚫 No Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we do not accept any returns once the order has been delivered.
  • This includes all opened, unopened, used, or unused products.

💰 Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You have received a damaged product (broken packaging).
  • You have received an expired product.

Note: These cases qualify only if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

⏱️ Time Limit for Claims

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • No refund will be processed for requests received after 24 hours of delivery.
  • No refund will be provided for opened, used, or tampered products.

📦 Important Notes

  • We do not offer product exchanges.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
